  Excellent customer service! My husband and I enjoyed our tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and funny. You get a tour of the town from both the streets and the sea. It was a great experience and I highly recommend it! I had a special request for a rubber duckie that said "Alaska" on it. I collect rubber duckies from all over and Jillian and her coworker (sorry I can't remember his name!) went out of their way to make sure I could get one from Alaska. We had done a duck tour in Boston and figured, this would be the place to get one. However, due to the pandemic, the city of Ketchikan was not able to have their traditional set up running like before. But Jillian was determined to help us out. By the time we got back from our tour, she had gone to their Quack Shack to go through their storage and find me a duckie! Then they were able to provide us with the number to the local taxi service so we could get to a destination we heard about on the tour. It made our day in Ketchikan! =)

  I was very skeptical of the tour but took the plunge. All four of us enjoyed the jokes from both the captain and his assistant (forgot their names but the captain had a white beard and an accent). They took us around Ketchikan, we saw the salmon jumping around the water. We had never been in an amphibian before so that was a nice treat especially for the kids. We bought the duck whistles :-). Both crew members made us laugh, kept us engaged and entertained. I wish I could remember their names.

  Had the opportunity to get a land and boat tour in one trip. Most towns are small and this tour provided a nice drive around town with narration and then a short boat trip with an overview of the air (pontoon planes) and boat life. Another must do in Alaska.

  This is a great way to see the highlights of the city as well as getting to know a little history of Ketchikan. The driver and guide were entertaining and friendly. Given the fact that our boat/car was one of the newer ones in the fleet made us very relaxed and assured. Definitely worthwhile.

  Went on this tour while our ship was docked in Ketchikan. Narrator Rudy and Captain Andrei were excellent. While family enjoyed the tour, the jokes and everything in between.

  You spend 45 mins on land and 45 mins in water while your captain 👩‍✈️ (mine was peggy) and a tour speaker (mine was Genevieve or “pepper” by nickname) tell you about Ketchikan. I enjoyed both the captain and the speaker. They were very nice, funny, and informative. I learned some interesting things and there were some good views, although it was very rainy and the vehicle fogged up quite a bit. The circle opening to look out of was quite high, so I sorta half stood a lot to see out. I am only 5 ft high but my 5 ft 3 in daughter also had to lift up. Overall it was well worth the money and the cheapest excursion by far

  The Ketchikan Duck Boat tour was educational in all aspects of the town as well as funny. Little jokes, the kind that make you laugh or moan made this tour entertaining. The trip guides were very friendly and both had wonderful personalities. I would recommend those who lie a light hearted tour of the city with a small trip into the water. The short trip in the water gives you a completly different view of the city then that of regular tours. We have taken many of these tours and this one was bot a disappointment.

  My family thoroughly enjoyed our tour today! We hopped on a few minutes after we got off our ship and took the tour before we did anything else. Glad we did it this way as it takes you on a great little tour around Ketchikan and made it easy to know where you may want to walk back to afterwards. Our Captain Peggy and Narrator Rudy were both excellent and kept the information and jokes coming for the duration of the tour! An entertaining way to spend your time in Ketchikan.
