This is a wonderful experience and a great way to see so much of the city. Jim is an excellent guide, with the perfect blend of anecdotes on history, architecture and dad jokes. Highly recommend!

A great overview of the city, pointing out places to visit. I suppose you can say that the guide makes the tour, because we did the Big Bus in Chicago and it was best as a means to get around the city for a day and not much of a tour. But the Pittsburgh experience was outstanding. The guide talked most of the 90 minute ride, and shared history, eating and shopping tips, and personal notes. Fascinating and personable. Yes, you can also hop on and off, using it as a way to get around several sites in the city in one day. Indoor and outside (top) seating depending on the weather. Given the street configurations and bridges it helps to have professionals do the driving. We will be back to take a longer look at the city, largely because the tour exposed us to so many places to explore and things to do.

Great ride. Interesting facts. Terrific guides and drivers. Shannon and the driver waited for us to come out of the museum for the last ride back to the first stop. Thank you so much.

This was the highlight of my trip to Pittsburg, the staff was amazing, kind and engaging. The knowledge was priceless I learned so much on this bud and had much laughter as they do use some humor to keep you entertained.

Great way to get more than an overview of this great city. Definitely recommend for any group young or old. Comfortable bus, safe drivers and fun guides providing in-depth history old and new.

Really great tour guide and driver (Shannon and Bill). Otherwise I don't find the tour visually appealing. I am a native, and it's just not that pretty except for the rivers and bridges. No fault of the tour, though!

In town for the Pittsburgh vs Seattle Game... We took the All Day Hop on Hop Off Tour on Day #2 in Pittsburgh (Saturday). We purchased our passes online two day prior and boarded the bust at Stop # 4 - Station Square with no problems. This is a great tour for sightseeing and learning the history of Pittsburgh. We got off at at Stop #7 - Langley Clock to shop at the Steelers Pro Shop at the Heinz Field and Stop #12 - Strip District to do more shopping. The buses were on time according to the schedule and the tour guides were great. This was my third time in Pittsburgh and this was first time seeing the city. This is a must do tour. Have fun on your visit to Pittsburgh,,,

The guide guy! That one with long hair. Jokes, a lot of interesting information. We skipped our stops just not to lose him and his cool humor and storytelling!
